1. Introduction

ReportsGcX ("we", "our", "us") is a personal and family medical-report management application operated by GET CHECKUP X PTY LTD (ABN 72 698 180 880), Australia. It helps you store your medical reports and understand them through AI-generated educational explanations in 12 Indian languages. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

2. Information We Collect

When you use ReportsGcX, we collect only the following:

Email address — when you sign in with Google or email
Phone number — when you sign in with phone OTP
Health information — the blood test reports, medical scans, and imaging reports you choose to upload, and the analysis results generated from them
Photos or documents — images and PDF files of medical reports you choose to upload
User ID — an account identifier created when you register, used to keep your documents linked to your account

We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or any data for marketing profiles.

3. How We Use Your Information

Store and organise your medical reports in your private document wallet
Generate easy-to-understand, colour-coded educational explanations of your reports using AI
Show your health trends over time
Let you ask follow-up questions about your reports (Talk to Doc.AI)
Maintain, secure, and improve our services

We do not sell your personal or health data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.

4. AI Analysis

When you request an analysis, the content of your report is processed by a trusted third-party AI service provider solely to generate your explanation. The result is returned to your account and is not used to build advertising profiles.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely using trusted cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase) and, where applicable, on your own device. We use encryption and secure connections (HTTPS) to protect your data in transit.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

Google Firebase — secure authentication and storage
AI analysis provider — processes report content only to generate your explanations

7. Your Rights

Access your personal data
Correct or update your information
Delete individual documents or your entire account and data
Request a copy of your data

8. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual documents at any time, or delete your entire account and all associated data from within the app:

Delete your account: Open the app → Settings → Delete Account, or visit reportsgcx.com/delete-account.html. You can also email support@getcheckupx.com and we will process your request.

9. Age Requirement & Children's Privacy

ReportsGcX is intended for adults aged 18 and over. An adult may store and manage reports for family members, including minors, on behalf of their family. The app is not directed to, and is not intended for independent use by, children. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
