ReportsGcX — Understand your health reports, in your language.

You are always in control of your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly inside the app or by requesting it from us.

🗑️ Option 1 — Delete inside the app (instant)

  1. Open the ReportsGcX app and sign in.
  2. Go to Records Manager (the 🗂️ menu).
  3. Tap 🗑️ Delete All.
  4. Confirm. Your uploaded reports, scans and analysis history are permanently removed.

This clears all report and document data stored for your account.

✉️ Option 2 — Request full account deletion by email

To delete your entire account (including your sign-in profile), email us from the address you used to sign in:

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Anonymised statistics that contain no personal information may be retained.
